About Bardwell Media
Bardwell Media helps growing businesses improve marketing, CRM, customer communication, automation, websites, and business operations so work becomes simpler, more consistent, and easier to manage.
The perspective
Bardwell Media began in 2001 as a digital marketing and web design business, working across entertainment, media, partnerships, websites, and audience development.
Over the next two decades, the work expanded into recruiting, customer experience, CRM systems, workflow design, automation, and business operations.
That broader perspective changed how I solve problems. Businesses rarely struggle because they lack effort or ideas. More often, growth exposes disconnected tools, inconsistent processes, unclear responsibilities, and communication gaps.
Today, Bardwell Media helps businesses connect those pieces so marketing, operations, technology, and people work together more effectively.
Career journey
Started building websites, digital campaigns, content, partnerships, and online experiences for businesses and national brands.
Worked across entertainment, media, fitness, wellness, and consumer-facing organizations, including Disney, Warner Bros., NBC, MTV, IKEA, Orangetheory Fitness, and Iron Tribe Fitness.
Recruiting and talent strategy provided a closer view of how CRM adoption, customer communication, internal handoffs, data quality, and operational workflows affect business performance.
Today, Bardwell Media brings those experiences together to help growing businesses improve the systems behind lead management, customer experience, communication, workflows, websites, and growth.
Breadth of experience
The work has crossed industries and company sizes, but the underlying challenge is often the same: helping people, processes, communication, and technology work together more effectively.
The way I think
Most businesses do not need another platform.
They do not need another dashboard.
They do not need more complexity.
They need clearer systems.
Every recommendation starts with understanding the business problem first. The website, CRM, automation, or software comes second.
Beyond the work
Outside of Bardwell Media, I spend time with my wife and two children, explore practical uses of AI, study Civil War history, improve our 1942 Baton Rouge home, and look for better ways to help people and organizations solve problems.
Sometimes it is the website. Sometimes it is the CRM, the follow-up process, customer communication, or the work happening behind the scenes. The first step is identifying where the friction begins.
